She was born in 1995 in Istanbul. In 2018, she completed her undergraduate education at Üsküdar University, Department of Psychology (English) with a high honors degree. During her undergraduate education, she studied at the University of Worcester in the United Kingdom for a semester with the Erasmus program.

During her undergraduate education, she worked as an intern psychologist in various institutions such as Ferah Elderly Care and Nursing Home, Çağrıbey Anatolian High School Guidance Department, Üsküdar Guidance Research Center, Fatih Autism Center.

In 2020, she completed Üsküdar University Neuromarketing Master's Program with a project titled Cognitive Processes in Neuromarketing.

In 2021, she completed Üsküdar University Clinical Psychology Master's Program with her thesis titled Adaptation of Autobiographical Memory Research Scale into Turkish, Validity and Reliability Study.

In 2018, she received the Schema Therapy Training organized by the International Society of Schema Therapy from Dr. Alp Karaosmanoğlu. In 2020, she completed her training on the Foundations and Basic Concepts of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, the use and application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Depression and Anxiety Disorders by Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. In the same year, she completed the Neuropsychological Testing Trainings organized by the Turkish Neuropsychology Association, and then completed her internship at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology under Prof. Dr. Öget Öktem Tanör and Şükriye Akça Kalem.

In September 2021, she started working as an expert Clinical Psychologist at NPISTANBUL Hospital.
