Born in 1971 in Mazgirt, he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Elazığ. In 1995, he graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine. He worked as a general practitioner in SSK Izmit Hospital and SSK Soma Hospitals. In 1999, he started to work as a neurology assistant at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine. In March 2004, he became a neurology specialist.

He has certificates in the fields of EEG, EMG and SLEEP AND DISORDERS. He is a member of European Neurological Society and Turkish Sleep Medicine Association. In 2005, he worked in the neurophysiology laboratory of Imperial College Charring Cross Hospital in London for one month. In 2006, he worked in Erciyes University sleep laboratory for one month. In 2007, she worked in Adnan Menderes University neurophysiology laboratory for two months. She worked two days a week in the neurophysiology laboratory of Bakırköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital for a year.

He is currently working as a Neurology Specialist at NPISTANBUL Hospital.
