She was born in 1984 in Istanbul. In 2006, she completed her undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Department of Psychology. In 2020, she completed her Master's Program in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University by working on her thesis titled "Investigation of Anxiety Levels of Patients with Psychotic Features According to Patients Without Psychotic Features".

Between 2007-2016, she worked in Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital in various units and with different patient groups. During this period, she worked in the inpatient units and outpatient clinics of the hospital. She also took part in individual and group psychotherapies for personality disorders at the Erenköy Psychotherapy Center of the same hospital.

She started working at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital since November 2016 and has been working as a clinical psychologist/psychotherapist at Üsküdar University Np Feneryolu Medical Center since April 2022. She also works as a part-time lecturer at Üsküdar University.

During these years, she received Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training from Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zihni Sungur, Psychodynamically Oriented Rorschach and CAM training from Prof. Dr. Tevfika Tunaboylu İkiz, Introduction to Psychoanalysis Seminars from PSİKE Istanbul Psychoanalysis Education, Research and Development Association, Art Psychotherapy training from Prof. Dr. Nurhan Eren at Çapa Medical Faculty. Prof. Dr. Nurhan Eren, Interaction Groups Training and Supervision by Psychoanalyst Assoc. Her research interests include depression, anxiety disorders; panic disorder, generalized anxiety, social phobia, health anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder; eating disorders, personality disorders, interpersonal relationships.
