Born in 1985 in Istanbul, İnci Birincioğlu completed her high school education at Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School and her undergraduate education at Ege University, Department of Psychology. After completing her master's degree program in Clinical Neurosciences at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine with her thesis titled 'NIRS Imaging during Impulsivity and Cognitive Performance in Patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder', she received the title of 'clinical neuropsychologist' in 2012. In the same year, she completed her internships in the Departments of Neurology and Psychiatry at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and is currently continuing her PhD program in the Department of Advanced Neurological Sciences at this faculty.
