Mert Sinan BİNGÖL was born in Izmir in 1984. He graduated from Iğdır Anatolian High School in 2003 and from the Faculty of Medicine at Karadeniz Technical University in 2011. He worked as a family physician in Istanbul from 2012 to 2017. He then completed his residency training from 2017 to 2021 in the Department of Psychiatry at Akdeniz University Hospital. He became a psychiatrist with his thesis titled “A Comparison of the Relationship Between Childhood Traumas and Attitudes Toward Love, Relationship Satisfaction, and Sexual Function Between Patients with Euthymic Depression and Healthy Volunteers.” Between 2022 and 2023, he fulfilled his mandatory state service as a specialist physician at Hakkari State Hospital. Since September 2023, he has been working as a specialist physician at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital.
He conducts seminars and presentations focusing particularly on relationship issues, anger management, and stress management.
