She graduated from Istanbul Kültür University Psychology Department, which she entered with YÖK scholarship. She was then accepted to Üsküdar University Clinical Psychology Department. She graduated from the same university as a high honor student. She attended many trainings throughout her education life. Some of the trainings she received;
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training from Otto F. Kernberg, Psychodynamic psychotherapy basic and advanced level training (Prof. Dr. Ülkü Gürışık, Dr. Pervin Sevda Bıkmaz), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Supervision (Assoc. Dr. Yeşim Can, Prof. Dr. Ülkü Gürışık), Uzm. Psk. Suzan Girginer (ongoing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training and Skills Training by Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar, Schema Therapy Basic Training by Dr. Alp Karaosmanoğlu, Interpersonal Relations Therapy Training by Prof. Dr. Gökben Hızlı Sayar, Rorschach Training by Assoc. Prof. Dr. İrem Atak, Rorschach Training by Prof. Dr. Gül Eryılmaz and Uzm. Psk. Emre Konuk's Emdr Basic Training. During her education, she worked as an adult and adolescent therapist in various counseling centers. Apart from this, she contributed to her professional development by doing internships in many institutions throughout her education. She is currently working at Np Brain Hospital and giving lectures at Üsküdar University Institute of Addiction and Forensic Sciences.

In addition, he actively participates in sports activities and is interested in many martial arts. He has coaching certificates in some martial arts branches.
In her dissertation, she examined the relationship between fibromyalgia syndrome and anxiety disorders and depression.
