She was born in 1993 in Antalya. She completed her undergraduate education at Yeditepe University Psychology Department with a scholarship in 2017. In 2019, she completed Üsküdar University Clinical Psychology Master's program and received her specialization. In 2020, she completed Üsküdar University Addiction Counseling and Rehabilitation Master's program.

During her undergraduate education, she gained experience as an intern psychologist in many counseling centers. She completed her Clinical Psychology internship at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital. She worked as an intern psychologist at Np Feneryolu Medical Center and gained experience in cognitive behavioral therapies. She took part in social responsibility projects and field studies through Kaçuv and World Human Relief Association. For 2 years, she worked as a Clinical Psychologist at French Lape Hospital Addiction Unit. She is a member of the Turkish Psychological Association.
