Medical Staff

He was born in 1980. In 2004, he graduated with a medical degree from Istanbul University’s Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. In 2004, he began his residency in neurology at the Department of Neurology at the Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and completed his board certification in neurology in 2009.

From 2009 to 2013, he worked as a research assistant and doctoral student at Ghent University in Belgium. During this period, he conducted neuroimaging studies related to attention. He received his Ph.D. in psychology in 2013. In 2013 and 2014, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University on a fellowship funded by the university’s research grants. In June 2014, he began working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Üsküdar University and as a neurologist at NPİSTANBUL Hospital.

His research interests include dementia, sleep disorders, headaches, Parkinson’s disease, attention and memory disorders, epilepsy, and electroencephalography.
