In 2011, she graduated from Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Psychology. She completed her pedagogical formation education at Marmara University in 2012. In 2018, she completed Üsküdar University Clinical Psychology master's program with a high honor degree. She wrote her thesis on 'Locus of control and problem solving skills in individuals diagnosed with alcohol and substance addiction'.
During her education, she successfully completed her internships at Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital and NPISTANBUL Hospital. She completed her internships in many counseling centers. After her undergraduate education, she worked as a school psychologist and counselor in various institutions. After graduating from clinical psychology, she started to see clients. Most recently, she provided counseling services to addicted individuals and their families at the YEŞİLAY counseling center, was responsible for trainings within the institution, and also conducted group therapies.
After her master's degree, she worked as a volunteer assistant in SAMBART project with Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel. In 2015, she received Motivational Interviewing techniques training from Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel. Then, she completed the Cognitive behavioral therapy training and supervision process from Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar in 2015. She completed Solution Focused Therapy techniques training from Nevin Dölek. In 2016, she received MMPI test training from the Turkish Psychological Association. In 2022, she received Schema Therapy training from Alp Karaosmanoğlu. Our specialist, who has completed alcohol, substance and gambling addiction intervention trainings, has successfully completed SAMBA trainings.
