He was born in Elazığ in 1972. He is married and the father of one child. He completed his elementary, middle, high school, and university education in Elazığ. Between 2003 and 2008, he completed his residency in the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at Akdeniz University. Between 2008 and 2013, he worked as a specialist physician at Antalya Training and Research Hospital. From 2013 to 2018, he served as a specialist physician at Adana Dr. Aşkın Tüfekçi State Hospital. From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Sancaktepe Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital. From 2019 to 2023, he served as a Specialist in Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at Koşuyolu High Specialization Training and Research Hospital. Since February 2024, he has been serving as a Specialist in Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at NPİSTANBUL Hospital.
