Neslihan Tınastepe graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry (English Program) at Marmara University in 1999. He completed his doctoral studies in the Department of Prosthodontics (English) at the Faculty of Dentistry, Yeditepe University, and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Prosthodontics in 2021.
