She was born in Istanbul. In 2012, she graduated from Göztepe Anatolian High School and in 2017 she graduated from Üsküdar University, Department of Psychology (English).
During her undergraduate education, she took part in many academic research, social responsibility projects and volunteer counseling centers. During her education, she worked as an intern psychologist at French Lape Hospital, NP Istanbul Neuropsychiatric Hospital, ÇAPA University Hospital Neurology and Psychiatry Department, Hümanite Psychiatry Clinic and Neurology Laboratory and successfully completed her clinical internships.
She completed her foreign language education in England.
After her undergraduate period, she won a merit scholarship and started her master's degree at Bournemouth University in England.
She graduated from the master's program with High Honors with her graduation thesis on 'The Effects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on Depression'.
During her master's degree, she received Mindfulness and Self-Compassion training in London.
