Medical Staff

Dr. Hacer Fulya ÜÇEM, Assistant Professor, was born in Istanbul in 1978. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Marmara University in 2002. In 2020, he completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Istanbul University. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, Üsküdar University.

He manages numerous projects in collaboration with TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB.
As the holder of one national and two international patent applications, he continues his career while serving as Chair of the Department of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, R&D Coordinator, and ERASMUS Coordinator at Üsküdar University.
