He graduated with honors from the English-language Psychology program at Maltepe University. He completed his clinical specialization through the Clinical Psychology Master’s program at Üsküdar University with a thesis titled “Metacognition in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.” Subsequently, he was simultaneously admitted to the Master’s program in Cognitive Neuropsychology at Bahçeşehir University and earned the title of Specialist Neuropsychologist with his experimental thesis project titled “The Effects of Physiological Arousal on the Inhibition of Low- and High-Intensity Negative Information in Highly Anxious Individuals.”

While providing services at an adult psychotherapy clinic, he continued his professional training, completing basic and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for personality disorders under Prof. Dr. Ebru Şalcıoğlu. After receiving supervision, he earned the right to obtain a psychotherapist certification approved by the European Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. Subsequently, as part of his professional specialization training, he completed Basic and Advanced Dynamic Psychotherapy training under Prof. Dr. Doğan Şahin. In addition, he completed two years of training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Transference-Focused Psychotherapy with Dr. Pervin Sevda Bıkmaz and Prof. Dr. Otto F. Kernberg. He conducted his supervision work with Psychoanalyst Prof. Dr. Ülkü Gürışık, one of the training analysts at the Psike Ankara Association. He currently continues his supervision work with Prof. Dr. Uğur Suzan Girginer.

He has worked as a psychoanalytically oriented adult psychotherapist at a private psychotherapy clinic. In 2022, he began working as a Specialist Neuropsychologist in the Department of Neurology at the Istanbul Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Sancaktepe Training and Research Hospital.

He is currently working as a Specialist Clinical Neuropsychologist at NPİSTANBUL Hospital.

He has published scientific articles in both domestic and international journals.

His areas of interest include Axis II Personality Disorders and Mood Disorders, Demyelinating Diseases, Dementia, Movement Disorders, Neurophysiology, and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies.
