She was born in Istanbul. She graduated from Üsküdar University, Department of Psychology in 2018 with High Honors. She completed her foreign language education in England. After her undergraduate period, she won a success scholarship and started her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University. She graduated from the program with High Honors with her graduation thesis on 'Investigation of the Relationship between Smartphone Addiction, Attachment and Self-Compassion'.

During her undergraduate period, she worked as a volunteer at the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey for nearly three years. She completed her internships at Üsküdar RAM, Tuzlu İsem and Bostancı Nezih Nursing Home. During her master's degree, she did an internship in a private counseling center about children and their families. She completed her clinical internships at Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital and NPISTANBUL Hospital.

She received training in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (continued), Play Therapy, Family Counseling, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Eating Disorder. She also received training in Rorschach test (continued), Thematic Perception Test (continued), MMPI and Child Psychometric tests.

She started working as an expert psychologist at NPISTANBUL Hospital in March 2022.
