He was born in 1988 in the city of Kırcaali, Bulgaria. After completing his elementary education at Sancaktepe Elementary School in Istanbul, he continued his high school education at Fatih Anatolian High School. In 2007, he was admitted to the Medical University in Plevne, Bulgaria, for his university education, and he graduated in 2014.

After graduation, he worked as an anesthesiology resident at Acıbadem City Clinic in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 2014 to 2016. Wishing to work in Turkey, he moved to Istanbul in 2016 and served as a physician at various healthcare institutions. In 2019, he began working in the emergency department at the Batman Hasankeyf District State Hospital, where he served as the head of the emergency department. During the same period, he also served as a military physician in the border region of Northern Iraq. During the pandemic, in addition to his role as head of the emergency department at the Batman Hasankeyf District State Hospital, he participated in contact tracing efforts at the Community Health Center. Subsequently, he worked in the emergency department at the Batman Women’s, Obstetrics, and Pediatric Hospital.

In 2022, he worked for many years as an emergency department physician at Marmara Training and Research Hospital. In 2024, he began working as a general practitioner at NP Brain Hospital in Istanbul. He has a good command of English and Bulgarian, and he is fluent in Turkish.
