He was born in 1982 in Yeşilköy, Istanbul. He attended Ataköy Emlak Kredi Bankası Primary School, Istanbul Moda College for 6 years of his secondary and high school education and Istanbul Kültür College for his high school education due to the closure of Moda College. In 2007, he graduated from Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed some of his compulsory service duty at Bilecik Osmaneli Beşevler Village Health Center and Edirne Keşan 112 Emergency Ambulance services. Between 2007-2008, when he started his Urology residency at Hadassah Medical Center Urology Department, he worked with his teacher Prof.Dr.Leon Saporta at Balat OR AHAYIM Hospital Urology Department.
After completing his Hebrew language education, he graduated as a Radiology Specialist in 2013 from Hebrew University Hadassah Medical Center Ein Kerem in Jerusalem, Israel, where he was accepted in 2009.
