He was born in Leningrad in 1989. While attending middle school in Russia, during summer vacation, he learned Turkish and continued his education in Turkey in the second year of middle school while completing his education in Russia through distance learning. In the final year of middle school, he took the High School Entrance Exam and was accepted to Ordu Science High School. He graduated from the Turkish Program of Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Faculty of Medicine. From 2015 to 2020, he received specialized training in the Department of Psychiatry at Kocaeli University Research and Application Hospital. During his specialization training, he served as a responsible physician in Psychiatry, Neurology, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry for 4 years. He worked as a resident physician in the Istanbul Erenköy Mental and Nervous Diseases Training and Research Hospital Amatem service for 2 months.
