Prof. Dr. Hüsnü Erkmen is a scientist with many years of clinical and academic experience in the field of psychiatry. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in both public and private healthcare institutions, simultaneously conducting clinical practice, academic teaching, and scientific research.

He adopts approaches based on biological psychiatry and neuroscience in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders and continues his work with a patient-centered, holistic treatment philosophy.

He currently sees patients as a psychiatrist at NPİSTANBUL Hospital, while also continuing his academic activities as a faculty member at Üsküdar University.
