He was born in 1973 in Rize-Ardeşen. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Rize. He then studied at Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1998. After graduation, he worked as a general practitioner for a while and then took a break for military service. He completed his military service at GATA in Ankara.
He completed his General Surgery specialization as a specialist doctor at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. After fulfilling his compulsory service in Tekirdağ, he resigned from public service and started working in the private health sector. He worked at Tekirdağ Private Yaşam Hospital, Tekirdağ Star Medica Hospital, Yenibosna Safa Hospital and Çakmak Erdem Hospital. Since February 2024, he has been working as a General Surgery Specialist at NPISTANBUL Hospital.
