All autism tests and screenings are done. There are no symptoms of autism, the child has delayed speech. Delayed speech is also a sign of autism.
When we examine the child, the mother or the person acting as a mother turns on upbeat music and clips so that the child does not cry, stays busy, I can work comfortably or eat. The child spends a lot of time watching it. In this way, the word production center of the brain does not work. Because he just receives, he doesn't have to produce the information. There is no one on the other side to talk to. Since there is no one to talk to, the neural circuits that enable the child's brain to produce words and add meaning and emotion to words are not formed.
MUST LEARN BY AGE 4
If the child is always in a social environment, he feels the need to talk. You will ask something and he will answer. The child needs to be in a natural social environment. Therefore, if the child is growing up in an apartment, we say to put the child in a daycare center immediately after the age of 3. They catch up immediately while playing. A child diagnosed with clip syndrome comes in with delayed speech. We immediately make the family turn off the television. We try to provide a social environment that requires him to produce words. They can learn rapidly until the age of 4. Children need to learn to communicate and speak by the age of 4.
LET THEM LEARN AS LONG AS THEY SPILL
If the child does not have his/her own social environment, for example, children in apartments do not have friends and play; the condition we call clip syndrome is more common. If the parents are working and the child always sees certain people, the child cannot learn social skills. If a child takes a glass in his/her hand and spills it, we say he/she is misbehaving; in fact, at that moment, the child's balance center and coordination in the brain against gravity are developing. If the brain does this, it creates pathways related to it.
