Our Service
Our AMATEM service has been operating as a separate unit within NPISTANBUL Hospital since 2011. We have 3 psychiatrists, 4 psychologists, 9 health officers, 1 social worker, 4 health security personnel and 2 medical secretaries working permanently in our service. Opened in Turkey's first neuropsychiatric hospital, the NPAMATEM Unit aims to offer its patients a safe and comfortable environment at the same time.
There are three types of rooms in our service: suite, single and double rooms. In order to make our patients feel at home, the rooms of our service are designed like a house and the corridors like a street. Each room has a TV, refrigerator, wardrobe and bathroom. Everything in the rooms has been thought down to the smallest detail for the safety and comfort of our patients. In addition, our patients have the opportunity to spend time as they wish with the TV, playstation, foosball table, sports bicycle in the day lounge, which is used as a common sharing area and where they spend most of the day.
