Üsküdar University NPISTANBUL Hospital AMATEM team will participate in the 12th National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Congress to be held in Antalya between November 29 and December 2, 2018. Experts, including NPISTANBUL Hospital AMATEM Coordinator Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz, will make presentations on addiction and treatment methods.
Üsküdar University NPISTANBUL Hospital AMATEM Unit experts will attend the 12th National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Congress to be held in Antalya between November 29 and December 2, 2018.
At the congress, which will be organized by Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital AMATEM and Health Sciences University BAUMER (Addiction Prevention Application and Research Center) at Antalya Susesi Luxury Resort, experts will come together and bring the most up-to-date information on addiction and new treatment methods to the agenda with conferences, panels, courses, discussion meetings and satellite symposiums.

On Friday, November 30, 2018, the session titled "Treatment Methods in Addiction" will be held with Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz, AMATEM Coordinator of NPISTANBUL Hospital as the session chair. Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz will share important information in her presentation titled "Addiction and Risk Factors in the World and in Our Country".
NPISTANBUL Hospital Psychiatry Specialist Prof. Dr. Sermin Kesebir, "Analysis of Attachment and Addiction Phenomenology", Psychiatry Specialist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Işıl Göğcegöz, "Neuromodulation Treatments", Psychiatry Specialist Assoc. Dr. Gül Eryılmaz, "Implant Treatments" will make their presentations.
Behavioral addictions will be discussed
In the session titled "Current Situation in Behavioral Addictions" to be held on the same day and chaired by Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz, NPISTANBUL Hospital Psychiatry Specialist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cemal Onur Noyan will discuss "Treatment in Virtual Behavioral Addictions".

On Sunday, December 2, NPISTANBUL Hospital AMATEM Coordinator Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz will chair the session titled "The Place of the Family in Addiction Treatment" and NPISTANBUL Hospital Psychiatry Specialist Assist. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alptekin Çetin will share important information in his presentation titled "The other side of the coin" and Specialist Clinical Psychologist Ahmet Yılmaz will share important information in his presentation titled "Spouse addiction". In the same session, Specialist Psychologist Ömer Bayar, "Psycho Education in the Family" and Duygu Kılıç will make case presentations titled "Comorbid Conditions in the Family".
