BRAIN HEALTH PROTECTION NOTES

1. We believe, and so do you, that you are unique in the world and that you are gifted in at least one area.

2.Respect yourself and your abilities. You must believe that you can unleash the hidden powers within you to realize yourself.

3.Do not keep your positive and negative emotions such as anger, resentment, fear, joy, etc. inside, but express them in an appropriate language. You can start by confiding in a person you trust.

4. It is in our nature as human beings to avoid painful and unhappy events and turn towards joy and happiness. It is also an option to ignore and disregard the events that bother you while moving away from them. But when problems arise, you should try to solve them. If there is friction between you and someone, try to talk to them within acceptable limits without bringing in third parties.

5.Unnecessary information can be easily discarded from the brain. Experiences that you find important will help you throughout your life. Recognize the importance of the knowledge you acquire over time and make use of it. Your brain gives you this opportunity. As you make use of this opportunity, your intelligence will improve.

6.The first condition for making productive use of time is to have mental health.

7.There is a close relationship between your mental health and your ability to work and be productive. In this respect, it would be great if you have some kind of occupation in your free time, especially outside of school or work. This will help you to be constructive and creative.

HOW TO MAINTAIN BRAIN HEALTH

1.The search for meaning is the most important human purpose. When we do work that is meaningful to us, that we care about, that fulfills us, time passes very quickly; a few minutes spent in a job that we do out of love feels like years. So first get to know yourself well and discover the talents that match your essence. Act in line with your interests and values.
You need to pay attention to the relationship between your physical health and your mental health. Regardless of your age, stop eating a diet that lacks essential proteins and minerals.

2.Pay close attention to your diet for your physical and mental health.

3. If you experience tensions and strains in your daily life - and everyone does - relax the muscle tensions in your body and learn proper breathing methods. In this way, it is possible to cope with the long-term negative symptoms of tension and strain, such as headaches, heart palpitations and constant inner distress.

4.You may need to feel loved, trusted, appreciated and valued. Like everyone else, you may want to be noticed, have a good time, chat with friends, daydream and listen to music. Just know that you don't need anyone's approval for this. Just live and relax.

5. The basic step to mature and continue to mature: "know yourself" rule! Your feelings, interests and abilities; the way you walk, dress and talk; the way you behave when you are alone or around others reflect your personality. Knowing yourself will also help you to know how you should behave in situations. It will also help you to see yourself through the eyes of others.

TO PROTECT YOUR BRAIN HEALTH....

1.Think in advance about how you might act in the aftermath of negativity. And remember, just because you fail at one point does not mean you will fail in all other situations.
We are not saying to give up on your aspirations, but consider the possibility that they may not materialize.

2. Scientists agree that your brain has the ability to predict the future. From what you will wear tomorrow to where you see yourself in five years, you can already plan for the future. It is up to you to make use of it. Your brain allows you to do this.
