Exercise should be done to strengthen the muscles

Physically, the body becomes balanced, lively and symmetrical. The range of motion of the joints, muscle strength and resistance increases, movements gain strength and ability. It prevents obesity, relieves distress and tensions," he said.
Orthopedic shoes should be worn
Prof. Dr. Aydın Ender Süzer recommended that those with joint complaints should take enough painkillers, pomades and stomach protecting medicines to last for the duration of their pilgrimage and said, "They should keep the prescription of these medicines with them. Since they will be standing for a long time during this period, it is useful to use orthopedic comfortable shoes if possible."
