Nausea is a condition caused by toxins. It can be caused by many reasons. Nausea can go away on its own. But in some cases it can become chronic. In cases where nausea becomes chronic, nausea becomes a symptom. If nausea is accompanied by other symptoms, it may be necessary to consult a doctor as soon as possible. Specialists diagnose the disease through extensive tests and scans and prepare a treatment plan. Nausea can sometimes be psychological. An individual may complain of nausea without any disease. Nausea that is determined to be psychological can be treated.

How to relieve nausea?

- Consuming salty foods can relieve nausea, salty crackers can be consumed.

- Salty buttermilk can be consumed as it will remove toxins.

- Since the oxygen level is high in the fresh air, being in open environments can relieve nausea.

- If the individual can vomit spontaneously, it is recommended to vomit and relax. But if he/she cannot vomit, he/she should not be forced to vomit by making any attempt.

- Smoking and alcohol use should be stopped or reduced.

- Lie down and rest for a while.

- If nausea is accompanied by diarrhea and vomiting, drink plenty of water as water will be lost.

- Drink more yogurt instead of milk for nausea.

- Avoid caffeinated drinks (such as tea, coffee and cola).

- Very fatty foods should be avoided.

- Since an empty stomach will increase nausea, foods that do not disturb the smell should be consumed.

- Ginger, lemon, mint, apple should be consumed as they will provide freshness.

- Chickpeas can be consumed for nausea.

- Breathing exercises can be done.

- Walking can be done

- Movements that compress the stomach should not be made.

- Care should be taken not to bend over. In this way, vomiting does not occur.
