Information Security
Appropriate measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction. These measures include an internal review of the practices and security measures for the collection, storage and use of data and the physical security measures necessary to protect the systems where personal data is stored from unauthorized access. Access to personal information is limited to hospital employees, contractors and agents authorized to operate, develop and improve the service. These individuals operate under obligations to maintain confidentiality and may be subject to judicial and administrative disciplinary action if they fail to comply with these obligations.
