Before the patients arrive, their medical reports are examined and an estimated treatment plan and fee information is provided with a medical second opinion:

International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate
As NPISTANBUL Hospital, we carry out collaborations for Europe and the Middle East. With the opportunities provided by the Ministry of Health to the health sector, we visit many countries and take part in fairs and different organizations here. We carry out cooperation studies with health institutions abroad. In addition, we aim to further increase our international agreements as an affiliated hospital within the scope of our cooperation with Üsküdar University.
Compliance with international health service regulations
In July 2017, the procedures and principles regarding the determination of the minimum service delivery standards of health services offered internationally within the scope of international health tourism and tourist health, the authorization of health institutions and intermediary organizations to carry out activities in international health tourism services and the supervision of these activities were regulated by a regulation published.
Pursuant to this regulation, our institution was audited by the Ministry and was entitled to be among the institutions authorized to engage in health tourism activities. During this audit, in order to receive at least 85 points from the Ministry of Health's Health Quality Assessment, compliance with many criteria such as having an infrastructure and automation system suitable for communication and information transfer with international patients and a website in appropriate languages, employment of personnel with foreign language proficiency suitable for the patient groups to be served, preparation of patient consent forms and documents in foreign languages is required.
