Dr. Yousef Abou Allaban, CEO of NBC Child-Adult Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in Boston, the capital of Massachusetts, United States of America, visited Üsküdar University NPISTANBUL Hospital within the scope of international cooperation.
Üsküdar University NPISTANBUL Hospital hosted Dr. Yousef Abou Allaban, CEO of NBC Child-Adult Psychiatry Polyclinic in Boston.
Dr. Allaban, himself an adult psychiatrist of Syrian origin, said that the purpose of the visit was to explain the treatment opportunities of Syrian patients in the polyclinic and to exchange views on possible collaborations with NPISTANBUL Hospital.
Dr. Allaban, who was informed by NPISTANBUL Hospital Board Member Fırat Tarhan, Deputy Chief Physician Dr. Hanifi Devrim and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Semra Baripoğlu, said that he liked the treatment facilities in our hospital very much, especially that the operating room is even better than the best available. The team visited the VIP patient floor, neuromodulation center, occupational therapy and sensory integration clinic, child-adolescent outpatient clinic, operating room and intensive care unit.
Dr. Allaban said that the physical and procedural patient safety practices in the hospital are also at a high level, and that cooperation in psychiatry can be made especially for autistic children and addiction patients in Gulf countries, and said that he would like to visit the hospital again for cooperation talks.
