Before Check-Up

In order for your check-up results to be accurate, it is important to pay attention to the following conditions.

  • When making an appointment for a check-up, inform our specialists about your medications,
  • Don't eat breakfast, don't snack,
  • Do not smoke, drink tea or coffee,
  • Do not drink alcohol before the check-up,
  • Do not exercise on the day of your check-up,
  • If you are pregnant or have any doubts about this, be sure to inform your physician before starting the procedures,
  • Please bring any previous test and inspection results with you,
  • For women, the check-up should not coincide with menstruation,
  • For a stress ECG, bring shoes suitable for running and comfortable clothes.

Postpone your appointment

  • If you feel tired and sick,
  • If you have fever, sore throat, burning urine, chest pain, shortness of breath, cough with phlegm, diarrhea (make an appointment for a specialist examination for your condition).
  • If menstruation (menstrual bleeding) has started,
  • If you have ongoing antibiotic treatment,

Medication Use Before Check Up

  • Do not take your blood thinner in the morning,
  • If you are taking blood pressure or heart medication and are advised to take it in the morning, be sure to take it,
  • Do not take your diabetes medication, do not take insulin,
  • Take your hypothyroid medicine in the morning on an empty stomach,
  • In cases where it does not make a difference whether you take it fasting or not, take your regular medication as prescribed by your doctor.
  • We recommend that you drink the medicines you need to drink with 1 glass of water,
