Brain MRI, 3 Tesla MRI, or other advanced imaging methods alone cannot diagnose depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, or any other psychiatric illness.

The need for brain imaging is determined by evaluating the patient’s symptoms and medical history.
2. The appropriate MRI method is selected.

3. An MRI safety check is performed.
