
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT: 2025 HIGH HUMAN VALUES AWARD CEREMONY
In addition to all the ethical values we have adopted as an organization, we aim to organize activities in collaboration with our scientific partner, Üsküdar University, to highlight social values, recognize individuals who demonstrate exemplary behavior contributing to the development of these values, and to preserve and promote human values. Since 2016, the High Human Values Award Ceremony has been held annually to honor individuals who serve as role models for society within the framework of the 24 Golden Values.
LÖSEV Education Program
• As part of our collaboration with LÖSEV, assessments conducted for the leadership staff in the social services unit of the institution—which provides services to children with leukemia, their families, and adults undergoing oncology treatment—indicated, based on personality analysis inventories, that there were training needs in certain areas of development.
• In this context, a training program consisting of a total of 4 sessions and lasting 6 hours was conducted for 25 social observation specialists working within the institution. The training program covered the following topics:
• Virtue-Based Leadership
• Moderation and Ethical Standards
• Fair and Equitable Leadership
• Leadership Practices Based on Character Strengths
In accordance with the collaboration established with Turkcell General Management in 2025, our online seminar titled “Adolescent Issues and the Family’s Approach to Adolescents” was conducted by Clinical Psychologist Eda Ergür for institutional employees. The seminar was attended by 120 white-collar employees.
In 2025, as part of our collaboration with BSH Home Appliances, we held an online seminar titled “Managing Anxiety and Parenting During the Back-to-School Transition” for company employees, led by Dr. M. Gözde Luş, an Assistant Professor and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. The seminar was attended by 90 white-collar employees.
In 2025, as part of our collaboration with Gebze Technical University, we held an online seminar titled “Awareness of Depression and Anxiety” for our employees, led by Clinical Psychologist Cumali Aydın. The seminar was attended by 45 academic and administrative staff members.
In 2025, as part of a collaboration with Berko Pharmaceuticals, a training session titled “From Nicotine Addiction to Freedom: The First Step Toward a Healthy Life” was conducted by Clinical Psychologist Sena Kalaz at the institution’s headquarters. The session was attended by 15 white-collar employees. This was part of a broader education program on addictions.
District Directorate of National Education Training Programs
Ataşehir District Directorate of National Education – Education Program
As part of our collaboration with the Ataşehir District Directorate of National Education, an educational program was organized in our hospital’s conference hall for school counselors, guidance teachers, and special education teachers working in public schools in the region.
The training program titled “Identifying and Managing Psychological and Behavioral Challenges” was conducted over a total of three hours with the participation of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist Dr. Yakup Erdoğan and Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist Elvin Akı Konuk.
Ümraniye District Directorate of National Education – Training Program
A collaboration was established with the Ümraniye District Directorate of National Education. As part of this initiative, an educational seminar was held in our hospital’s conference hall on November 20–21, 2025.
The session held on November 20, 2025, was conducted by Dr. Melek Gözde Luş, Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychologist Eda Ergür, targeting 40 school counselors working in elementary schools.
The second session, held on November 21, 2025, was conducted by Dr. Melek Gözde Luş, Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychologist Nurşen Göktan Ünlü, and was aimed at 40 PDR teachers working in middle and high schools.
A total of 80 PDR teachers received training during the two-day program. Sample photos from the event are shared below.
Beykoz District Directorate of National Education – Educational Program
As part of our collaboration with the Beykoz District Directorate of National Education, an educational seminar was held on January 6, 2026, in our hospital’s conference hall.
The seminar was conducted by Dr. Melek Gözde Luş, Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Nurşen Göktan Ünlü, Child and Adolescent Psychologist.
The educational program, which addressed the topics of “Peer Influence, Risky Behaviors, Bullying, and Teacher Awareness,” was attended by 40 school counselors working in elementary schools.
