SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT HIGH HUMAN VALUES AWARD CEREMONY 2025
In addition to all the ethical values we have adopted as an institution, our goal is to bring social values to the forefront with Üsküdar University, our scientific partner, to reward individuals who display exemplary behaviors that will contribute to the development of these values, and to organize activities in the name of keeping human values alive and developing them. With the High Human Values Award Ceremony, which has been held every year since 2016, individuals who set an example for society within the framework of 24 Golden Values are rewarded.
LÖSEV Training Program
• Within the scope of our cooperation with LÖSEV, we were informed that, based on personality analysis inventories, training needs in certain development areas were identified for the leadership staff working in the social service unit of the institution, which provides services to children with leukemia, their families, and adults receiving oncology treatment.
• In this context, a training program consisting of a total of 4 sessions and lasting 6 hours was conducted for 25 social observation specialists working within the institution. The training program included the following headings:
• Virtue-Based Leadership
• Temperance and Ethical Indicators
• Fair and Egalitarian Leadership
• Leadership Practices with Character Strengths
In relation to the cooperation made with Turkcell General Directorate in 2025, our online seminar titled "Problems of Adolescence and the Family's Approach to the Adolescent" for the institution's employees was conducted by Specialist Clinical Psychologist Eda Ergür. 120 white-collar employees participated in our seminar.
In relation to the cooperation made with the BSH Home Appliances company in 2025, our online seminar titled "Anxiety Management and Parenting in Returning to School" for the institution's employees was conducted by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist Assistant Professor Dr. M. Gözde Luş. 90 white-collar employees participated in our seminar.
In relation to the cooperation made with Gebze Technical University in 2025, our online seminar titled "Depression and Anxiety Awareness" for the institution's employees was conducted by Specialist Clinical Psychologist Cumali Aydın. 45 academic and administrative employees participated in our seminar.
In relation to the cooperation made with Berko İlaç in 2025, the training titled "From Smoking Addiction to Freedom; First Step to a Healthy Life" for the institution's employees was conducted by Specialist Clinical Psychologist Sena Kalaz at the institution's headquarters. 15 white-collar employees participated in our seminar. It served as a training program generally covering addictions.
District National Education Directorates Training Programs
Ataşehir District National Education Directorate – Training Program
Within the scope of our cooperation with the Ataşehir District National Education Directorate, a training program was organized in the conference hall of our hospital for psychological counselors, guidance teachers, and special education teachers working in public schools in the region.
The training program titled “Recognizing and Managing Psychological and Behavioral Difficulties” was held with the participation of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist Dr. Yakup Erdoğan and Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist Elvin Akı Konuk for a total duration of three hours.
Ümraniye District National Education Directorate – Training Program
A cooperation was carried out with the Ümraniye District National Education Directorate. In this context, a training seminar was organized in the conference hall of our hospital on November 20–21, 2025.
The session of the seminar held on November 20, 2025, was conducted by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Assistant Professor Dr. Melek Gözde Luş and Child and Adolescent Psychologist Eda Ergür for 40 psychological counseling and guidance (PDR) teachers working in primary schools.
The second session, held on November 21, 2025, was conducted by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Assistant Professor Dr. Melek Gözde Luş and Child and Adolescent Psychologist Nurşen Göktan Ünlü for 40 psychological counseling and guidance (PDR) teachers working at middle school and high school levels.
Within the scope of the two-day program, a total of 80 psychological counseling and guidance (PDR) teachers were trained. Sample pictures of the event are shared below.
Beykoz District National Education Directorate – Training Program
Within the scope of our cooperation with the Beykoz District National Education Directorate, a training seminar was organized in the conference hall of our hospital on January 6, 2026.
The seminar was conducted by Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Assistant Professor Dr. Melek Gözde Luş and Child and Adolescent Psychologist Nurşen Göktan Ünlü.
The training program, in which the topics of “Peer Influence, Risky Behaviors, Bullying, and Teacher Awareness” were addressed, was held with the participation of 40 psychological counseling and guidance (PDR) teachers working in primary schools.
