Each service in our hospital has been established within the framework of certain rules according to the privacy of inpatients and the risks of the disease.

This clinic is the ward where no one other than healthcare personnel are admitted, and where patients with mild/moderate psychiatric disorders are hospitalized, whose psychiatric clinical condition poses less risk (no risk of harming themselves/the environment, etc.).

Entry and exit of personnel other than health personnel; cafeteria team, technical team, occupational therapy team, etc. are controlled under the supervision of the floor responsible nurse.

Patient relatives are not allowed into the ward.

Under the supervision of the floor psychologist in charge, there is a multi-purpose hall where good morning meetings, group therapies, occupational therapy activities with art instructors and music therapies are held in the company of ward nurses.

In addition, there is a table where our patients can eat their meals together, a fitness equipment for them to exercise, a bookshelf for them to read books and magazines. Group games such as play station, foosball, backgammon, backgammon, chess, monopoly, memory games, taboo, table football, puzzle, mini bowling are available to increase the social interaction of patients.

A multiple-choice meal menu is offered for our guests in the clinics.

In this service, unlike the orange and pink clinics, patients are allowed to enter and exit the cafeteria, telephone/face-to-face meetings with their families, carry cell phones, and keep laptops in their rooms. The physician may restrict these permissions if he/she thinks that they negatively affect the clinical condition of the patient.

Patients who need a soft room are transferred to high security wards with a soft room until their acute condition improves.

There is no smoking on the floors.

There are secure floor gardens on each floor where patients can spend time.

Our patients can also spend time in the cafeteria under the supervision of security personnel during the time periods determined by the hospital.

SECURITY FEATURES OF SERVICES

  • All wards are under the control of a 24/7 central camera system, only patient bathrooms do not have cameras for privacy reasons. However, the time patients spend in the bathroom is under the supervision of nurses or health security personnel.
  • At the ward entrances, there are two mdf-covered digital photocell doors with profile edges and wood in the middle and an intermediate corridor between the two doors. Digital doors are interrelated due to their characteristics and one cannot be opened before the other is closed. In this way, even if the patient passes through the first door of the ward, he/she cannot leave the ward through the intermediate corridor because the second door is closed.
  • The current coming from the electrical sockets on the floor is 12 volts, not 250 volts.
  • Televisions in patient rooms are embedded in the oval cabinet.
  • In blue, pink, orange and open clinics, patient beds are wooden, with softened corners and covered with leather at a height of 30 cm from the floor against the risk of falling. Motorized beds are used in turquoise and general clinics.
  • The hangers in the bathroom and in the closet do not weigh more than 3 kg, the shower rack does not weigh more than 30 kg and is designed to eliminate the risk of self-harm.
  • The water temperature flowing from the faucet does not rise above 30 degrees and is planned to prevent heat injury.
  • The water in the light, turquoise, general and blue clinic dispensers is set to 90 degrees, while the water in the pink and orange clinic dispensers is set to 60 degrees.
  • The mirror in the bathroom is made of inward concave, non-cutting mica to prevent the risk of cuts.
  • The garbage bags in the bathroom are 55-60 cm long and 8-10 microns thick to eliminate the risk of self-harm.
  • Towels provided for use to patients in the blue, pink and orange clinic are 50*65 cm in size. Larger towels are not allowed. In the light, turquoise and general clinics, patients can use any size towel they bring themselves.
  • In blue, pink and orange clinics, in order to prevent patients' attempts to harm themselves with cleaning materials, shampoo is given as much as they need at the time of use and liquid soaps are placed in small amounts in the soap dispensers in the bathroom. In general, turquoise and open clinics, patients can keep the cleaning materials they bring with them.
  • In the wards, food is served to patients with tabuldot, fork, knife and spoon made of special plastic material that does not harm patients.
  • In the pink and orange clinics, there are 2 soft rooms for the restriction of excite-aggressive patients. The walls of the soft rooms are covered with 1.5 cm thick sponge covered with leather. There is a hidden camera with a point opening embedded in the wall that can be monitored on the ceiling.
  • Plastic or cardboard material is used in the services from the cafeteria to patients, staff and relatives.
  • Patients who will be admitted to the Orange, Blue, Pink clinic are admitted to the service after a physical search. In this way, any object that may harm the patient or his / her environment is prevented from entering the service.
  • Visitors are not admitted into the ward except for Turquoise and general clinic, Patients' meetings with their visitors take place in the cafeteria-garden area under the supervision of the SGP. In accordance with Information Security, the visitor who comes except for the visitor list determined by the patient's family representative in advance, even if he knows the patient code, is not allowed to meet with the patient without the approval of the patient's doctor and the patient's relatives, thus preventing the patient, who is vulnerable in the hospital, from being harmed by factors outside the hospital.
  • In order for the nurses to have full control of the ward, the desk is planned in the middle of the ward and the entrance doors to the nurse's desks are equipped with a card access system, thus preventing access to the nurse's desk by non-health personnel.
