Kln. Psk. Şenay DAYAN

Şenay Dayan was born in Siirt in 1987. Between 2009 and 2013, she completed her undergraduate studies on a scholarship in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Science and Letters at Istanbul Science University; between 2017 and 2019, she completed the Thesis-Based Master’s Program in Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Social Sciences at Üsküdar University, also on a scholarship. She graduated at the top of her class during her undergraduate studies.

During her undergraduate and graduate studies, she completed clinical and practical internships at various institutions, including Bakırköy Hospital for Mental and Nervous Diseases, Erenköy Hospital for Mental and Nervous Diseases, Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine, Gaziosmanpaşa Municipality, and NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital.

She is a member of the Rorschach and Projective Tests Association, the Turkish Psychologists Association, and the EMDR Association. As part of the EMDR Trauma Recovery Group, she has served as a volunteer psychotherapist following traumatic events such as the Kahramanmaraş Earthquake, the Russia-Ukraine War, the Black Sea Flood Disaster, and the Muğla Forest Fire.

Throughout her professional career, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in hospitals, psychological counseling centers, special education and rehabilitation centers, and private schools. As of October 2026, she has been serving as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist at NPİSTANBUL Hospital.
