Born in Istanbul in 1998, Assistant Professor Nihal Şenol Kurt completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Dentistry. He completed his residency in dentistry at the Department of Restorative Dentistry at Erciyes University’s Faculty of Dentistry, earning the title of Specialist in Restorative Dentistry.
He has focused his academic and clinical work on aesthetic and functional restorative dentistry. His professional interests include, in particular, anterior aesthetic restorations, direct composite applications, teeth whitening, shade selection, and minimally invasive restorative approaches.
In his scientific research, he has studied the optical and mechanical properties of restorative materials, color matching, surface properties, adhesive systems, and factors affecting the long-term clinical success of restorations.
He continues his academic and clinical work as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, Üsküdar University.
