ECT

Electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) which is mostly known as ‘Shock’ therapy is now done under much better circumstances and is no longer what it used to be. By using the Thymatron IV system anesthetic device, the patient’s: heart rhythm, brain waves, and muscle spasms are followed. The device automatically provides the electrode resistance before therapy and dosage report after therapy so ECT can be given without any fear. A system in which patients are done before they see one another receive therapy has been developed now.
