Üsküdar University and NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital leave a print in the APA Congress
The annual APA (American Psychiatric Association) Congress and exhibition organized by the American Psychiatric Association was held in San Francisco this year.
Üsküdar University and NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital participated in the congress where the latest developments in the diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
The latest developments in diagnosis and treatment which will be subject of the congress that will be held at Moscone Center on May 18 - 22, 2019 were approached.
In the congress attended by scientists From all over the world in the field of Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychopharmacology, Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, made a presentation on how to decide about the correct drug treatment, its dosage and the correct application of it with the help of both therapeutic drug follow-up and Pharmacogenetic profiling.
NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital AMATEM Coordinator Prof. Dr. Nesrin Dilbaz also made a speech at the congress about sensitive medicine in the treatment of addiction.
NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital’s Neurology Specialist Prof. Dr. Barış Metin shared his opinions about The use of neurotechnology and neuromodulation techniques in psychiatric treatment.
Tarhan, Dilbaz and Metin's presentations were carefully listened to by scientists that came from different geographical areas of the world.
Within the congress, Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan joined the meeting that included the world's leading scientists at the reception of Turkish American Neuropsychiatry.
The stands of Üsküdar University, NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital and Turkish-American Neuropsychiatry Association (TANPA) were among the most prominent stands of the congress.
