She was born in 1986 in Istanbul.

She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. She completed Food Engineering Department  at Gaziosmanpaşa Agriculture Faculty in 2008 also she completed Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Halich University institute of Health Sciences in 2015.

Prof. Dr. Murat Bash participated in many training courses and certification programs such as health Biyet cancer and Nutrition.

Between 2008 and 2010, she started her working life in Bakery Products sector and has done many works in order to improve product development and product quality. She then took part in the project as a quality control and responsible manager at GATA Hospital. She worked in a variety of fields, including recipe development and menu editing and control in the ready-to-eat sequester.

Between 2012 and 2014, she taught cook apprenticeship and assistant courses at Beykoz Public Education Center.

From 2015 to 2017, she continued to consult at North Clinics surgical Medical Center in areas such as obesity, weight loss, weight gain, nutrition in pregnancy, nutrition in diabetes, athlete nutrition. At the same time, she continues to share her publications in the local newspaper and site of Beykoz agenda.
